I still vividly recall the moment, at the age of four, when I first saw a rainbow—standing in wonder with a child's innocent curiosity. Numerous questions flooded my mind, and I sought answers about the artist behind the breathtaking colours adorning the sky, yet none seemed to satisfy my curiosity.

While I now comprehend the scientific explanations behind the phenomenon, I believe that the vibrant rainbow hues in the sky are a testament to God's existence and mirror His greatness. This conviction finds resonance in the biblical narrative of Genesis, where the rainbow symbolises God's covenant with all of creation, including us.

Each time I encounter a rainbow, I am reminded that its colours affirm God's presence and reflect His glory, portraying Him as the purifier of our life and the source of our hope.

When we see beauty, particularly the captivating allure of a rainbow, the desire to fully embrace and draw near to it becomes irresistible. I envision standing beneath these celestial colours, immersing myself in their radiant embrace. I echo C.S. Lewis's sentiments, ‘We do not want merely to see beauty. We want something else which can hardly be put into words - to be united with the beauty we see, to pass into it, to receive it into ourselves, to bathe in it, to become part of it.’
